Which models are included in the offer?

CUPRA born only.

 

How much money do I get?

The reward value may vary depending on the applicable offer. Your reward value will be confirmed to you by the retailer you purchased from and confirmed within your claim invitation email.

 

How do I get the money?

Upon the completion of the sale of your car, your retailer will gain your permission to send your personal details to CUPRA UK.

CUPRA UK will validate the claim and the details will be passed to Blackhawk Network (BHN).

BHN will send you an email with an invitation to complete your claim – upon completion, a prepaid Mastercard® will be posted to your home address.

 

What is a prepaid card

A prepaid card is a plastic alternative to carrying money. They are pre-loaded with funds, and then you use it just like you would with any other payment card. You can only spend the available balance on the card, there is no overdraft or credit limit.

 

What card will I be issued?

You will receive a physical prepaid Mastercard® with the relevant amount already loaded on the card.

 

How do I start using my card?

Before you use the card, you will need to activate it online – details on how to activate your card will be included in the letter attached to your card.

If you no longer have the letter that came with your card, navigate to www.purecard.com and following the instructions on how to activate your new card.

 

Where can I use my card?

Your card can be used in any store or retailer where Mastercard® is accepted – you cannot use the card to withdraw cash from an ATM or at pay at pumps.

 

Can I use contactless or do I always have to use the PIN when using the card?

Your card is a chip and PIN card, so you will need to enter the PIN number when completing the transaction.

 

How do I get the PIN for my card?

Your PIN will be accessed from your on-line account and will be available for you to view once you complete the activation of your card.

 

What happens if I lose my card?

If you think you have lost your card or had it stolen, please get in touch with us straight away via info@purecard.com or calling 0344 800 6435*.

You can also freeze your card via your online account. This applies a temporary block in case you find it again. No transactions can be completed while the card is blocked.

Can I top up my card with additional funds?

No – the card is single use only – once the funds have been used up, the card is no longer valid.

 

What happens to unused funds after 12 months?

The funds on the card are available to you up to the Expiry Date stated on the front of your card. Once the card expires, any remaining funds on the card will no longer be available to you.

 

I haven't received my email for the claim?

Ensure you check your junk mail for the support@cupraoffers.co.uk email.
